Legal act according to which the verification test is prepared:
21. A novice driver and/or a driver who has been deprived of the right to drive, in order to complete additional driver training, must pass a knowledge verification test prepared according to the topics specified in clauses 19.2 and 19.3 of the Procedure Description in accordance with the procedure established by the educational institution. The test must consist of 25 multiple-choice questions, of which only one can be correct. The knowledge test is considered passed if at least 80% of the questions are answered correctly. The educational institution must compile the tests from a set of at least 100 questions, which must be updated at least once a year (at least half of the questions used must be updated). The results of the knowledge test assessment of novice drivers and drivers who have been deprived of the right to drive (test with marked answers to test questions, student's name, date of assessment) must be kept at the educational institution for one year from the date of the knowledge test assessment.
