Final Driving-Theory Assessment
Under the direction of the Minister of Transport by order, valid from 2014-07-01, driving schools must evaluate students and their evaluation test materials (questions with marked answers, student's name, date) must be kept for one year. The test evaluation results of each student (regardless of how they were evaluated) are recorded in the Theory Teaching Accounting Journal.

Final driving-theory assessments are prepared for the following categories: A (A1, A2, including AM), B (B1), BE, C (C1), CE (C1E), D (D1), DE (D1E).
Excerpts from order of the Minister of Transport and Communications:
1. The final assessment of students' theory knowledge (hereinafter referred to as the final assessment of theory) is carried out when the students have completed the theory training course for drivers of a certain category of vehicles approved by the driving school.
2. The questions (question base) used for the final assessment of theory are approved by the head of the driving school or the person responsible for driver training. The questions must cover the entire driving school approved driver theory training course.
3. The student is given a test during the final assessment of the theory. The test consists of 30 questions (25 general questions and 5 specific questions according to the category of vehicles for which the driving license is sought), randomly selected using a computer program from an approved question base and having four answers each, of which at least one is correct.
4. When the student seeks to acquire the right to drive two or more categories of vehicles at the same time, the theory final test questions must cover all categories of vehicles that the student is learning to drive. In this case, the test (30 questions) consists of five specific questions per vehicle category and the rest are general questions. Test questions are selected as specified in point 3 of this appendix.
5. Students' theoretical knowledge is assessed using computer software. The final theory assessment is positive (passed) if the student answered at least 80% of the questions correctly. of test questions (24 questions). The assessment is failed if the student answered less than 24 questions correctly.
6. 30 minutes are allotted for solving the test. If the student does not answer the test questions within 30 minutes, the computer software does not allow the student to continue and the student is evaluated according to the number of answered questions.
7. A test question is considered to have been answered incorrectly if the student did not mark all the correct answers, marked at least one wrong answer or did not mark any answer.
8. In all cases, the student must be introduced to the procedure for solving the test and the evaluation criteria before the final assessment of the theory.
9. After the evaluation of the final theory credit, the student must be introduced to the incorrectly answered test questions in accordance with the procedure established by the driving school.
10. The results of the final theory-assessment evaluation (test with the student's marked answers to the test questions, student's name, credit date) are stored for one year from the date of the credit. The results of the test assessment of each student (regardless of whether he passed or failed) are recorded in the accounting journal of theory training.
